Upon approval of your completed Service Provider Application we will assign you a Service Provider “tech-code” to identify you for Call Ticket management and Accounting purposes. This is your key to the Virtual Office, a USSI value added service provided to our Service Providers via our corporate website.

The Virtual Office is our way of welcoming you and your team aboard. Here you can verify virtually every detail of your business with USSI regarding service area, contact information, insurance information, invoicing, Call Ticket management, inventory management and quality assurance reporting.

Always remember to maintain an Active Status with USSI. To do so, you will need to provide and maintain a current and valid Certificate of General Liability Insurance. Note: USSI must be listed as an Additional Insured to ensure timely updates. If your state requires you to carry Workers’ Compensation, we will need proof of that as well. In addition, we will also need a digital headshot image (JPEG) for your USSI photo identification card. Upon acceptance into our network and receipt of your image, we will make an I.D. card and forward to you to identify you as a USSI Service Provider.

USSI prides itself as the only company in the industry to offer customer certification and training, as well as refresher courses. Classes are held throughout the year in Melbourne, Florida. The training cost is free to our Service Providers; you only need to pay your tax-deductible travel and related expenses. We also provide our valued Service Providers with the most up-to-date technical information that we have available to us.
