Sales Manager

Corporate Description:
USSI provides field maintenance and system integration for multiple technology markets including commercial communication systems, government weather, consumer retail POS sites, digital media and broadcast host locations.
We service and install all aspects of VSAT satellite systems, Local Area Networks/Wide Area Networks, POS as well as private commercial Digital Media systems.

Description:
Looking for a goal-oriented, outgoing, and organized and customer service individual to join our sales management team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for sales, business development and account management.

Responsibilities:

	Maintaining a working knowledge of Products & Services.
	Working with a wide variety of individuals at levels ranging from Executive to Operations level management.
	High pressure, constantly changing environment.
	Tracking rapidly changing competition & market forces.
	Meeting established sales goals and quotas.
	Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of newly developing technologies and practices.
	Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner.
	Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner.

Qualifications:

	Candidate must have a proven sales record in the areas of Satellite Communication, Digital Media and Wireless Services.
	Make sales contacts, research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner.
	Demonstrated Communication skills (written and verbal).
	Strong PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
	A self-starter with strong organizational skills.
	Excellent teamwork with fellow sales team members, and executive management.

Education and/or Experience:

	BA or BS degree required, preferably in Sales, Marketing and/or Business.
	5-7 Years proven sales experience within the Satellite Communications, Digital Media and Wireless industries.

Travel Requirements:

Extensive travel both US & abroad.

Salary: DOE
Relocation is not required however there will be extensive travel.
