We are pleased to announce that United Service Source, Inc (USSI) and Ascent Media's “Palm Bay” satellite systems engineering and field business unit are now officially operating as one company.

As of September 9, 2008, National Service Source, Inc. DBA United Service Source, Inc. (USSI) has completed the acquisition of Ascent Media's Palm Bay, Florida business unit. "Palm Bay" has now become the new Division of USSI, Broadcast and Network Services (USSI-BNS).

USSI is an internationally recognized complete service provider of communication systems which include program management, installation, maintenance and technical support services. USSI is ISO 9001:2000 registered which allows our organization to continually improve and to provide quantifiable and verifiable positive results to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

"Palm Bay" now recognized as USSI Broadcast and Network Services will continue to provide nationwide field services and maintenance of satellite systems, earth station, and digital signal transmission systems and facilities. USSI-BNS also provides engineering, project management, equipment procurement, installation, integration and commissioning services related to the design and construction of turnkey satellite facilities for broadcast, cable, telecom, government and corporate users. USSI-BNS employs 50 on-staff field engineers which are located in strategic markets across the country. In addition, USSI-BNS has a state of the art Technical Operations Center (TOC), which houses the Customer Service Center, Satellite Operations and Technical Support groups. These groups provide various levels of Technical Support, Uplink Monitoring and Content Management.

Together, as USSI, we are uniquely positioned to provide the world with the most comprehensive set of solutions available to extend mission critical services and assure they are seamlessly managed, secure and compliant. We will operate what is likely the largest professional field service organization in the United States. We are dedicated to network-level broadcast, cable, satellite operations, digital signage and IT support.
