David S. Christiano - CEO, President

David Christiano is President of USSI. He oversees operations and finances of USSI. David has been with USSI for over 20 years.

He possesses invaluable knowledge of the satellite industry and impressive business relationships that have evolved with USSI over decades of leadership in this industry.

David's previous work history includes a diverse background in management for the banking and financial industry.

David's education includes a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Computer Science.

Kelly D. Rich - Vice President of Operations

Kelly D. Rich is responsible for the overall operations of USSI.

Kelly began his employment with USSI in 1994. He comes from an accomplished background of logistics management. Kelly gained his vast experience of the satellite industry through his tenure with the United States Army. Kelly is very well received by technician partnerships as an escalation to resolve issues and remedy outstanding problems.

Kelly's education includes a B.S. from the Florida Institute of Technology with a concentration in Airway Science Management.

Michele M. Tully - Vice President of Administration

Michele Tully is responsible for Human Resources and Risk Management.

Michele began her employment with USSI in 1996. She comes from a management background in the finance and banking industry. During her tenure with USSI she has evolved the professional image of USSI through marketing efforts for customers, contracted technicians and employees alike.

Michele's education includes a B.S. from the University of Central Florida with concentrations in General Business and Finance and a M.S. from the Florida Institute of Technology with a concentration in Contract Management.

Robert (Bob) Dunbar - Vice President & General Manager of Broadcast & Network Services

Bob is responsible for the overall direction and management of the significant Engineering and Support Resources employed by the company.

Bob also heads the integral components of the sales and marketing team for USSI - BNS. A satellite industry veteran with 22 years experience, Bob held several Field Service Management positions at COMSAT and served as Corporate Field Services Manager for PRIMESTAR Partners LLC, prior to his most recent tenure with Ascent Media as Vice President, General Manager of the Palm Bay - Systems and Technology Services operation.

With the 2008 divesture of the Palm Bay business unit from Ascent, Bob continues to lead this Palm Bay division of USSI as Vice President and General Manager.
