USSI has a custom designed proprietary work order (call ticket) system to provide our clients with updated information at their convenience. This unique system tracks all survey, installation and service details including:
 Detailed transaction of site history
 Inventory status

Quality / Performance
 On time delivery performance is measured and tracked to illustrate USSI’s quality commitment.
 Delivery performance is measured from the time in which the order is entered (in its entirety) into our system to the time delivery is posted.
 Any service failure is documented and corrective actions are determined.
 USSI consistently improves measures to strive to achieve a performance level of 100%.
