USSI offers a simplified work order (call ticket) request tool for all clients
with internet accessibility. This tool gives our clients the ability to submit
requests to have service and maintenance requests processed electronically.
A variety of information can be submitted to USSI via the internet.
Input fields include the following data:

CustomerID

CallType – Service,
Maintenance, etc.

SiteID
from list – Store ID

Work Order Ticket Number

Service Description

Import Call Details
A confirmation message will display to ensure
that the request has been successfully transmitted to USSI for proper
handling.
In addition to the confirmation, you may view a detailed list of all previously
submitted calls. All data is captured in USSI’s proprietary work order
(call ticket) system. Our online tools give your organization access to
view the
status of all work orders, view arrival times of technicians, as well as
completed call ticket information. You also have the option to view additional
information regarding your requests. Reports may be exported to a .csv
format compatible with Microsoft Excel.
