Execution of inventory transactions including correct labeling and identifying all
customer parts is a crucial part of our operational plan. USSI believes all of our
customers should receive detailed and exclusive information that provides a high
level of support for inventory control and order fulfillment, allowing them to track
their stock that is on hand in any one of our national distribution centers at all
times.

All movement of inventory is recorded into
USSI’s system to allow audit tracking capabilities.

Bi-weekly cycle counts ranging from five to
twenty-five items can be supplied.

Annual physical inventory in each facility
can be performed upon request.

>USSI will provide trained and experienced
staff in our distribution center to facilitate variance resolution.

The distribution center will verify remote
(field) transactions and will monitor in-transit inventory.
Parts are identified by the part number on the label and removed from the stocking
location as requested.

The part number on the label of the
container will be compared and matched to the part number on
the picking ticket.

Quantity pulled for shipment/delivery
will be compared and matched to the quantity specified on the
picking ticket.
