USSI has a custom designed proprietary work order (call ticket) system to provide our clients with updated information at their convenience. This unique system tracks all survey, installation and service details including:

 Address
 Contact Information
 Estimated Time of Arrival
 Actual Arrival Time
 Start Time
 Task Completed Time
 Departure Time
 Summary of Work Performed
 Order management for Parts
 Inventory Management for Parts Utilized
 Return Merchandise Authorization Management for parts returned to our facility.

Each client has the ability to access the detailed status of calls and export to a .csv format that is compatible with Microsoft Excel software. Summary reports, search parameters and views are available for all customer sites.
