Summary of Benefits
USSI currently offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance. Benefits are available to employees after successful completion of the ninety day probationary period.

Medical, Dental, Life Insurance:

Upon completion of the 90 days probationary period, medical, dental, and life insurance are available to the employee. The employee premiums are paid 100% by USSI for medical, dental, and life insurance. Employees may elect to participate in supplemental benefits including disability insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, cancer insurance, and hospitalization insurance. Supplemental benefits can be elected during the annual open enrollment period. Pre-tax deductions are also available.

Employee Retirement Fund 401(k):

At USSI, we encourage our staff to plan for their future. Retirement planning is available through the USSI 401(k) plan. Employees are eligible to participate on their date of hire, provided the employee meets the minimum age eligibility requirements. USSI will match one hundred percent (100%) of the employee contributions up to seven percent.

Holidays:
Employees who have completed their 90 day probationary period are awarded 8 paid holidays per calendar year. Time-off Benefits: Vacation time is offered to the staff after completing one-year of service.

Sick Time:
Eligible employees will accrue a maximum of five paid sick days per year, not to exceed 40 hours total accrual.

Personal Time:
Staff members are awarded two personal days per year. Team member will not accrue personal time until completion of the ninety day probationary period has been completed.
